What is the jewelry made of?
Our designer jewelry is unique and each piece is different. Our jewelry is made of brass, copper and/or silver. Please note that the silver content is not guaranteed and can vary in each individual design. Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via Shopify Payments, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Shopify Payments uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Shopify Payments securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days for in stock products. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing. If the product is out of stock, the order is typically shipped within 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via email about when the order is expected to be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
