What is the jewelry made of?

Our designer jewelry is unique and each piece is different. Our jewelry is made of brass, copper and/or silver. Please note that the silver content is not guaranteed and can vary in each individual design. Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient to you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your exchange/return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care on +1(832) 559-0132 or at support@tarinika.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you timely updates about your order via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest – however we do strongly recommend creating an account. Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Tarinika account: 

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days for in stock products. Delivery times depend on the country and speed of service selected at the time of checkout. We will notify you via email about when the order is expected to be shipped. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

I don't remember my password?

Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the log-in screen and you will immediately receive a ‘reset password’ link on your registered email ID with us.

Can I edit my personal information?

Yes, it can be done in the 'My Account' section.

How do I unsubscribe from your services?

You can Subscribe/Unsubscribe from our services anytime from the'My Account' section.

Promotions

When are the Tarinika sales?

Alongside any discounts and promotions Tarinika may hold, we offer seasonal clearance sales four times a year. To be notified as soon as our clearance sale starts and other promotions, please do subscribe to our newsletter.

All clearance sales are final – they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
