Returns & Exchanges


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Here are key points to note to make your return smoother:

Returns must include a copy of the delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge.
If you would like to swap your purchase for a different item, please submit an exchange request to support@tarinika.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll  gladly ship the new item for you.
We'd request you to return your items in original condition and in original Tarinika packaging.
Every returned product goes through a review cycle. Hence, refund/exchange is subject to review by our customer success team. 

          You can ship the product back to use using any carrier, however, the shipping costs are not included in our exchange/refund program.

          Please pay for the shipping charges to the shipping carrier.
