Jewelry is delicate and needs to be handled with care. Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

What is covered under warranty:

1. The plating on the jewelry.
2. Stone setting.

What is not covered under warranty:

1. Breakage due to mishandling.
2. Damage due to exposure to water.

How do I make a claim?

1. Check our Returns and Exchanges page for more details. You can also email us at support@tarinika.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
